The Arts 

Arts education in the early years of primary school nurtures creativity, self-expression, and imagination through the subject areas of Visual Arts, Music, and Drama. Children explore different materials, sounds, and movement, developing fine motor skills, confidence, and a love for artistic expression. Through playful and engaging activities, they learn to appreciate art, experiment with their own creations, and collaborate with others. Arts education fosters communication, problem-solving, and emotional well-being, making it a vital part of a child’s holistic development.

In the Convent Junior School we strive to support and encourage the expression and creativity skills of all our pupils.
